While I currently provide this coaching program for new clients who have NOT purchased my Awaken to Manifest Video Course, I highly recommend doing the video course first or doing the video course that comes with weekly coaching because with the course you get to keep the videos and worksheets. Also, the video course is very thorough and is what all of my coaching is based on. It also allows for deeper integration. It comes with narration, music, and visuals.
