This video and the phone coaching that goes with it is designed to help you learn the correct way to visualize. This module is dedicated to the 7th step of the manifestation process. The 7th step of the manifestation cycle is what really gets the ball rolling when it comes to aligning with new and better vibrations. This is where we start the visualization process. But this must be done correctly or it will actually prevent you from manifesting your desired realities. By understanding the mechanics of visualizing, it makes manifesting smoother and a lot more fun. It also seems to speed things up. Visualizing is not just visualizing but also stepping into our visions with all 5 of our senses, like stepping into a virtual reality. This is where you'll treat your visions like scenarios that can be play with, without getting overly attached. This visualization process is like planting seeds and nurturing plants to support their growth. When you nurture a plant, you do it at intervals. That plant doesn’t need you there all the time. It mostly grows on its own. You could say the seeds for the plants already exist in the field of infinite potential, or Consciousness. If you think of a seed, it’s like a packet of potential, a bundle of vibration, vibrating at a certain frequency. The seed contains all the information it needs for its own growth. Since the seed represents the potential of any vision and the plant represents that vision growing, what is it that nurtures the seed until it grows into a strong and healthy plant that can also reproduce? In other words, how do we nurture our visions? We nurture our visions by stepping into them as though they already exist and with a vibration that matches them. We use our unencumbered awareness to intermittently return to our growing plants or visions. We water and nourish them by putting our awareness on them and gradually adding detail to them, but not in a forced way. The process is very organic and unfolds from your true nature. While it's okay to occasionally focus on the final outcome vision, most of the visualization process involves interacting with your true nature to organically visualize the "process visions" they lead to the big visions. This does not require great visualization skills or human effort. Again the visualization process happens organically once you know how to do it.
