Step 3: The third step of the cycle of manifesting is to forgive yourself and others completely. Let go of shame, past life karma, and the unconscious guilt and trauma from prior lifetimes. Let go of the collective vibration of separation. Let go of grudges. Forgive NOT to forget or to allow injustice, but to let go of low vibrations.
Step 4 is on how to stay unencumbered by ALL remaining energy systems, whether positive or negative. There's no way to avoid energy systems altogether because they are all around us, and they can often seem innocuous. We are constantly being invited into these energy systems. Even thinking is an energy system and the countless invitations to think are often quite subtle. The brain works like a receiver and is not the same as the mind. Most of your thoughts are repetitive and from conditioning. And not all thoughts are coming from you. Thinking is great for making a recipe but a huge block to awakening, true inspiration, and even manifesting.
Step 5 is on how to harness energy systems. It's on how to use them and not let them use you. Additionally we talk about an energy system that is unlike most energy systems because it is an accumulation of favorable circumstances rather than and energy system that can still one's attention and  deplete one's energy. It is often called the wave of good luck or good fortune. We will talk about how to get on this wave and stay on it.  
Step 6 is on how to treat life like a mirror that reflects your overall vibration in one present moment continuum containing past present and future. You can never go to an actual past or future. Thoughts about pastand future only occur in the present moment. This moment right now is a split point in reality. It’s your opportunity to vibrate differently. Never look in the mirror for answers. In other words, never focus on life circumstances.
